What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the name, email address, phone number, project location, project type, expected start date and description you provide, together with any drawings or documents you attach. We collect nothing else, and the site sets no tracking cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and, if you proceed, to deliver the project. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Lawful basis
We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and thereafter on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who sees it
Enquiries are received by staff of Squaremeter Global Solutions Limited who handle new business. Where a third-party email or form provider transmits the message, that provider processes it only to deliver it to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they remain useful for responding to you and for our own records of work quoted. Where no project follows, we remove the enquiry once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at the email address above and we will respond.
Security
This website is served as static files over HTTPS and holds no database of its own. Enquiry contents are transmitted to us by email and held in our own systems.
