What kinds of project do you take on?+
Residential blocks, duplexes and villas; hotel developments from 25 to 83 keys; commercial and mixed-use buildings; renovation and reconstruction; and civil works including estate road infrastructure.
Do you handle design as well as construction?+
Yes. We provide architectural design from the client brief through to construction drawings, and can carry the same project through construction, so responsibility sits in one place.
Do you work outside Lagos?+
Yes. Most of our work is in Lagos, but we have delivered elsewhere in Nigeria, including a 48-key hotel renovation in Umuahia, Abia State.
Can you maintain the building after handover?+
Yes. Our facility management service covers plant and systems, building fabric, cleaning and security, along with service-charge budgeting, accounting and reporting.
